Is the online estimate accurate?
Our online estimator gives you a genuine indicative price based on your entered size and options. It is not a final quote – your exact price is confirmed at a free, no-obligation on-site measure.
Does the price include installation?
Yes, our estimates and quotes are for supply and installation by our fully insured local team, unless you specifically request supply-only.
What warranty do you offer?
- 5 years on Ozroll and Aluric componentry
- 7 years on NVE-supplied products
- 7 years on motors
- 10 years structural warranty
- 1 year on labour/installation
- 1 year on electronic components
Service calls are free within our standard service zone. A travel fee (from $125) may apply for out-of-zone service, depending on location and travel distance.
Can I get my shutters in a custom colour?
Yes – give us a call to talk through colour options for your job. We kept our online estimator simple and size-based, so chat to us directly about colour and finish.
